This years Camp Raven Knob Cub Scout Resident Camp will be held June 12-15, 2024. Raven Knob is the ultimate in outdoor Scout camping in the Old Hickory Council. Cub Scouts, parents and their leaders have been enjoying resident camping since 1985, when they held their first long-term Cub Scout/Webelos Resident Camp in the mountains of Surry County, NC.
Camp Raven Knob’s goal is to provide a safe haven for each Scout amid a beautiful wilderness camp where scouts can learn about the out-of-doors. These fun-filled days spent in camp will make memories that last a lifetime.The camp is located west of Mount Airy, NC about 2 1/2 hours from Raleigh.
The following scouts and their parents are eligible to attend: Wolves, Bears, Webelos, and Arrow of Light. (Rank is based on rank after bridging ceremony.)
